Terms of Service
These Terms govern orders placed with SellerLoop ("we", "us") for custom hang tags, woven labels, printed care labels, patches and related accessories through getsellerloop.com or by email. By requesting a quote or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
1. The Service
SellerLoop sources and coordinates the manufacture of custom labels, tags and patches through partner factories in China, made to the specifications and artwork you provide. We are a manufacturing and sourcing service, not a retailer of pre-made goods — every order is produced to order.
2. Quotes and orders
Quotes are based on the specifications you provide (size, material, quantity, finish) and are valid for the timeframe stated in the quote email. An order is confirmed once you approve a quote and, where applicable, a design proof. Production begins only after proof approval; we are not responsible for errors in a proof you approved.
3. Samples
Where a physical sample pack is offered, its fee is credited toward a subsequent bulk order of the same product placed within a reasonable time, as stated at the time of purchase. Samples are for evaluating material and print quality and may differ slightly from a full production run.
4. Payment
Payment terms (deposit, balance, and accepted payment methods) are confirmed with your order. Production of custom, made-to-order goods generally begins only after the agreed payment has been received.
5. Production and shipping
Production and delivery times quoted are estimates based on normal factory and courier conditions; they are not guaranteed delivery dates. Risk of loss or damage in transit passes to the courier once goods are handed over for shipment; we will assist with any carrier claim but are not the insurer of the shipment.
6. Quality and issues
Finished goods are checked for count, color and cutting accuracy before shipment. If your order arrives with a manufacturing defect or does not match the approved proof, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos; we will investigate and, where we are at fault, offer a reprint or an appropriate remedy.
7. Cancellations and changes
Because orders are custom-made to your specifications, production cannot generally be cancelled or refunded once it has started. Changes requested after proof approval may incur additional cost or delay and are handled case by case.
8. Your artwork and content
You retain ownership of any logo, artwork or text you submit. You confirm you have the right to use and submit it, and you grant us a limited right to reproduce it solely to produce your order. We do not claim ownership of your designs.
9. No warranties beyond those stated
Except as expressly stated in these Terms, products and services are provided without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or loss of profits, arising from use of our service, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
10. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time; the version in effect at the time you place an order applies to that order. Material changes will be posted on this page.
